ARIA PERFUME is digital store in the US specialized in perfumes and beauty & body care products, needed to diversify its communication channels and generate a greater number of sales.
We developed the email marketing channel and proposed a strategy for the different fragrances, segmentation and use of quality databases. As a result, in less than 6 months, we increased the sales of the store by more than 120%.

We created some automated parameters such as welcome emails, billing and abbandoned cart emails and periodic communications based on the purchase of products and different actions made in the website.

After this period of 8 months, we have increased the number of sales in this channel by 400% with more than 25,000 active users in the users database.
